LOSE WEIGHT OR GET HEALTHY, THINK BETTER, FEEL BETTER AND LOSE WEIGHT? At this time of year many of us resolve to lose weight or specifically go on a diet to lose weight. Why not focus on being healthy and all the benefits of being healthy, which wonderfully involves permanent weight loss. I know I talk about your health a lot but I firmly believe in the power of great health. So to get you on the right track for 2010, a reminder of the approach I use to maintain my health, positive outlook on life and {because it matters to some} my weight.
At the beginning of every quarter, I reset my ’self-preservation habits’, I call it that because taking care of your health is truly self-preservation and something you should always make time for each day {without guilt}. Here again for you to involve in your life:
